We are starting with an easy cram style workout once a day (hopefully) and changing our eating habits (if we can get the males in the house to follow our lead it would make things a lot easier!)
Mom is also doing other forms of cardio and Girl is getting her cardio from soccer practice and extra running.
Can these two even work out together? Girl is already in good shape from intense soccer training (but feels she is getting lazy and wants to be able to keep up with the other players). Mom has fallen off the workout wagon for far toooo long (but ready to jump back on!)
